arrival was easy the room was NICE and clean with tea making facilities. breakfast was lovely ENOUGH to set me up for the day
the radiator in the room did not let off enough heat I couldn't adapt the heating from the room

I really liked that everything was conveniently close. Our room was excellent. the breakfast was delicious. the staff was really helpful and friendly. i did appreciate the comfortable bed in the room.
the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. it would have been great to have those filled for our convenience.
